Product Description Over the last 40 years Canada's biggest rock band, Rush has been creating one platinum album after another. The trio, featuring members Geddy Lee (Lead Vocals, Bass), Alex Lifeson (Guitarist), Neil Peart (Drums) are renowned in their own right, but together have come to form one of the most succesfull rock bands of all time, ranked fourth in sales behind only The Beatles, Rolling Stones, and Aerosmith. Since the release of the band's self-titled album in March 1974, Rush has become well-known for the instrumental skills of its members, eclectic lyrics, and complex compositional style. After Rush's 8 year hiatus in 1997, the band reunited to create Snakes and Arrows in 2006, renewing interest around the world. Rush's latest offering Working Men, the live CD release, pulls selected live offerings from their vast collection.
Album Description 2009 live collection from the Canadian trio featuring one previously unreleased track: 'One Little Victory'. Working Men contains live cuts pulled from their live albums Rush In Rio, R30, and Snakes & Arrows Live. Includes scorching versions of 'The Spirit Of The Radio', 'Tom Sawyer', 'Limelight' and many more.

Replay Value!!! December 13, 2009 Ralph A. Rondeau (Hamburg, PA USA) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
I know I know I've heard it all before, not another Live RUSH album!!! but if your a fan as much as I it is simply a great buy. You get a decent selection from albums over the years and they are from concerts all over.
I rated it a 5 because it has got a lot of CD playing time in my car that I turned off my Satallite Radio for a while. If your a RUSH fan then this is for you. If you like the studio albums and are on the fense then give this a try.
Rush Just Plush December 13, 2009 Nicholas Jenkin (UK) 2 out of 6 found this review helpful
What can you say about a band that has lasted over 30 years releasing numerous albums during this time evolving all the way? Rush - Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and Neil Peart - a three piece rock band that began as a Led Zeppelin clone with a different drummer to become an international act, an original sounding act that made use of developing technology to allow them to perform it all live without relying on guest musicians to fill the gaps for them. This compilation is a fine assortment of tunes from live performanaces of the last decade including tracks from the 70's, 80's 90's & 00's, for anyone who feels they want to tune in to self confessed rock dinosaurs to see what real rock talent can provide them on a day to day listening experience sketch. If you're in doubt then don't be, they have enough to say and the skill to play so take a leap and get it.
Moving some Pictures into the Limelight November 24, 2009 Timothy Sullivan (San Pedro, CA) 4 out of 14 found this review helpful
What I understand is this: my favorite band in the world (as not only quoted in the sales byte, but as documented up the yingers), is (a) "one of the most succesfull rock bands of all time, ranked fourth in sales behind only The Beatles, Rolling Stones, and Aerosmith", and yet (b) couldn't get a big enough advance from a label to make a new album!
This album was not made to "cash in", but both as a document for those who do not already own ALL the live Rush albums yet would perhaps appreciate a sampling - as well as some means to an end for our boys' recording another beautiful wonder!
So while no, if you already own the band's previous releases, this album is likely not for you. If however (for some silly reason) you don't own one of the band's fine live recordings, treat yourself to this great sampling of some of the trio's finest recorded moments!
